Clinic Content

The pageant clinic is designed to impact future behavior and to offer participants tools and techniques to operate at a higher level of excellence. The pageant clinic will offer training modules taken from the following subject matters: Self-esteem, Personal Values, Finances, College-Prep & Career-planning, Interpersonal Skills, Etiquette, & Healthy Lifestyles as pertaining to young Christians.

It is strongly advised that each applicant attend the three-day training sessions and all main services of the Sunday School Convention to be eligible for competition. The pageant committee certainly understands unfortunate events to take place; if there are any problems that prohibit the applicant from meeting their requirements, please let us know so that we may review and excuse the applicant for that time missed. Applicants are welcomed to be accompanied by an adult during the entire session.

Because of the limited time, we concede that all subject matters cannot be addressed during the clinic setting; however, in order to offer the ability to customize and for activation at the Jurisdictional and Local levels, suggestive outline materials are provided in the expanded Pageant Manual.

Monitoring Procedures
The pageant clinic will run in conjunction with regular convention schedule. Participants are expected to be present in all main services of the Sunday School Department.
